Boske, you had to leave this country with your children because of this country's government made [it] impossible for you to live here. You lived through hard times, two world wars, a revolution and losing numerous members of your large family. But still you found your way and reached a very high age, and established a new home in a new country and you enjoyed living with your children and grandchildren, with the great loss of your daughter leaving you so very early. You still had the strength to visit Hungary for receiving compensation for your first husband, which gave you further power to survive. I am truly sorry that because of the long distance we hadn't seen us so often but in our letters we always knew what is happening with our families on the other side of the world. Now I say farewll ot you, rest in peace.
