[2] My cousin, Otto_Szekely chronicals the SCHWARTZ family of Mezoladany.  From an interview w/ Otto on 13 September 1997The Schwartz' are probably connected to the FISCHMANN over multiple generations.  H. Schwartz was the godfather of Samuel FISCHMANN and his sister Hani was married to Herman Schwartz, the father of Jerry, Feri and Kalman.

[8] Although only related to the FISCHMAN's by marriage, Joli FISCHMAN, the widow of my grandmother's brother Adi was a mjaor source in reconstituting botht he FISCHMAN and SALZBERGER trees.  This information was based on a series of telephone interviews before her death.

[15] Estelle Blum confirmed her grandfather died young.  Yoli FISCHMAN said Adi's Fischman grandfather lived to 103, but he must have meant the Salzberger grandfather since it seems unlikely Moritz survived the Holocaust.
